2021 Summer Camp

AUDITION INFORMATION

All audition tapes must be submitted no later than June 6, 2021.

How to audition for a lead role:

1. Please RECORD yourself singing the songs for the roles you are interested in. (See below.)
2. Use tracks for the audition. (No acapella, please.)
3. Please audition for ALL of the roles you are interested in.
4. Email your auditions to [email protected] NO LATER THAN JUNE 6, 2021.

Please note: If campers do not audition prior to June 6, 2021, only supporting roles will be available to them.

Available leading roles and songs for auditions:

★ the Witch: “Witches Rap” (starts @ 5:22 on the track Prologue) ALSO sing “Stay with Me ”
★ the Baker: “It Takes Two” (starts @ 1:30 to the end)
★ the Bakers Wife: “It Takes Two" (starts @ 1:00 stop @ 1:30) ALSO sing “Moment in the Woods” (starts @ 2:14 to the end)
★ Cinderella: “On the Steps of the Palace” (start @ :30 to the end)
★ Jack: “Giants in the Sky” (starts @ 2:55 ) ALSO sing “A Very Nice Prince/First Midnight”
★ Little Red Riding Hood: “I Know Things Now”
★ Cinderella's Prince: “Agony” (beginning to the end)
★ Rapunzel's Prince: “Agony” (start @ :37 to the end)
★ Narrator: “Prologue” (about half of it) (THIS is a BIG role and underestimated CAN BE MALE OR FEMALE.)​

Additional information:

• After Charissa reviews the auditions, she will cast those roles.
• (YOU MAY HAVE ANOTHER ROLE THAN THOSE LISTED ABOVE.)
• She will then email the cast list to those who sent in videos with a script AND rehearsal tracks.
• You WILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR PARTS MEMORIZED by first day of camp.
• IF there are other roles you are interested in (the wolf, jacks mom, step sisters , stepmother , mysterious man etc.), these auditions will take place on day one of camp.
