Kjia Orstad

Executive Director

Kjia has been the Executive Director at In the Light since it began in 2005.  She works on the logistics and fundraising for this busy, family-oriented Arts Center. She has several degrees in music and psychology and is a former youth pastor and math teacher. She and her husband own several businesses together.  They love to travel with their family all over the world and to enjoy time as a family. Her heart is for the institution of family and this non-profit brings together families regardless of finances or abilities. Together we are strong.
