Nikki Jaspersen

Pre-K + Kindergarten

My name is Nikki Jaspersen, and I will be your child’s Pre-K/Kindergarten teacher at In the Light this year.   I am very excited to work alongside you to make learning fun!

A little about me… I am a mom to four amazing kiddos and I have been married to my best friend for over 16 years.  I have a degree in psychology (emphasis in child development), and a minor in criminology.  I worked as a paraprofessional in the public school for two years and fell in love with teaching.  I also quickly realized I would never want my young children in the public school system.  So, we started our homeschooling adventure over 9 years ago. Additionally, I was a tutor for Classical Conversations for 4 years.  I started serving Jesus about 17 years ago and will include Him in our classroom.
